Thank you to all those who supported our campaign for the 73rd District Assembly seat. It is not easy to run for office, but it is very rewarding when the result is meeting many of you for the first time and getting to know many of you better. To know you trusted me enough to vote for me means more than I can say. Probably the hardest thing to accomplish in any campaign is to actually get your message across. To those of you who invested the time and energy to research and understand the candidates’ positions and attitudes before you voted, Thank You.
I also want to express my gratitude to our campaign team. Many gave unselfishly of themselves over the last months because they believed we were the best answer for the district and the state. My hat is off to you!
As I visited with many groups and individuals around the district, I fell even more in love with our Northland and its people. We live in a special place. Don’t let them ruin it with over-regulation of our lives. Keep them accountable and keep the faith.
